Pancakes for Two

Ingredients
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup buttermilk OR ½ cup Milk with 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 Egg
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Oil or 1½ tsp melted butter
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix all wet ingredients in another bowl (We use a measuring cup).
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until barely combined. Do not over mix.
- Get a pan up to medium heat, butter pan, and then pour ~¼ cup of batter into pan.
- Cook until bubbles form in center of cake, then flip and cook other side until golden brown.
Notes
- Current iteration has poor leavening (Gab says she knows what to do next time)
