Pancakes for Two

Method
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix all wet ingredients in another bowl (We use a measuring cup).
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until barely combined. Do not over mix.
Get a pan up to medium heat, butter pan, and then pour ~¼ cup of batter into pan.
Cook until bubbles form in center of cake, then flip and cook other side until golden brown.
