====Sriracha Peanuts====

===Ingredients===

  *1/2 cup sriracha
  *1 Tablespoon potato starch
  *1 TBS sugar
  *1/4 tsp kosher salt
  *1 1/2 cups ( 8 oz.) peanuts, roasted unsalted

===Method===
  -combine all ingredients except peanuts in small saucepan over medium heat to dissolve starch and sugar. 
  -remove from heat and toss peanuts to coat.
  -arrange in a single layer on a silicon lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  -Immediately remove from pan and toss in a large heat-proof bowl to break up nuts as they cool.

===Notes===
These appeared to bake unevenly and coating did not adhere evenly either. Texture on cooling is inconsistently gummy as well. This recipe needs more work/research.
