====Miso Dressing====

===Ingredients===
  *1 tbsp Tahini
  *1 tbsp Miso
  *1 tbsp hot water
  *1 tbsp oil
  *1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  *1 tsp Sugar
  *Soy Sauce

===Method===
  -Mix tahini and miso to combine, then loosen with up to 1 tbsp of hot water to achieve pancake batter consistency
  -Add oil, rice vinegar, and sugar; stir to combine
  -Season to taste with Soy Sauce (½ tsp)
